Licence Terms

Here’s what you can and cannot do with the done-for-you ‘Fitness Vault PRO’ content:

Done-For-You Coaching License, Professional Use License, or Practitioner PLR.
Please note, it’s not allowed to re-sell, sub-licence, include in a membership subscription or give away for free any templates or modifications of those templates (colour change, font change etc.) as it would be considered in direct competition with the original asset and therefore in violation of Licence and Copyright terms. End products need to be un-editable, flattened JPG / PNG / PDF files or printed materials. RR (re-sell rights) are not sold with the products from fitnessvaultpro. You cannot sell to another user for that user to sell. you cannot sell any rights with FitnessVaultPro products. You must be in fitness, health, wellness, prenatal/postnatal, nutrition, or coaching fields only to resell this PDF to clients. Your branding must be added and we suggest front covers altered for individuality.

This license is legally covered, specifically made for creators who sell done-for-you materials for professional use, not for resellers.

Ebook Templates

You CAN:

✅ Rebrand it with your logo + colors

✅ Use as a lead magnet, no fees
✅ Sell the final PDF (only) to your own clients

✅ Sell without my attribution
✅ Use it as part of your coaching programs, memberships, or courses

✅ Use in your own membership app
✅ To be used in: fitness, health, wellness, prenatal/postnatal, nutrition, or coaching fields only

You CANNOT:

❌ Sell the template, Canva file, editable version, or eBook as a product in their shop
❌ Sell it on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or as a standalone digital product to the general public
❌ Sell or distribute the editable files
❌ Sell it if you are NOT a wellness/fitness/health professional
❌ Claim copyright
❌ Sell or giveaway your license to the content
❌ Sell Resell Rights: e.g. Master Resale Rights
❌ Sell Private Label Rights or give others rights to resell
❌ Create digital, editable templates for sale (e.g., Canva templates) from these assets.
